Insurance
In order to provide you with the highest quality health care, Dr Eon does not contract with any insurance companies. This means that we do not bill insurance companies for the goods and services that you receive.  Payment is always due at the time of service.  If you request it, Dr Eon will provide a superbill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Reimbursement varies as insurance companies try to pay as little as possible towards your health care, unless it directly benefits them.

There are reasons you will be happy that Dr Eon does not contract with insurance.

  1. By not accepting insurance it allows Dr Eon to spend more time with you, which allows her to build a relationship with you, and provides her the time to really listen to you.
  2. By not accepting insurance it allows Dr Eon to work with you as a person, instead of as a condition or disease.
  3. By not accepting insurance it allows Dr Eon to treat you in the way she as a doctor feels is best for you, not in the way the insurance company feels is best for you.
  4. Dr Eon believes that the insurance system is the major cause of the poor quality of health care typically available in America today

I look forward to meeting you.
